Question: "Is there a lift?"
Answer: Some apartments have lifts. If you need an apartment with fewer stairs, please specify or ask for our ground floor and first floor apartments.
Question: "Are the apartments near the centre?"
Answer: Yes, near Prague Castle and the Old Town in the ancient heart of the city.
Question: "Are the apartments safe?"
Answer: Yes. Safety is one of the qualities we stress most when choosing the best apartments.
Question: "Can I bring a pet?"
Answer: Yes, but we reserve the right to charge for damage caused.
Question: "How many people can share 1 apartment?"
Answer: Studio apartment: 2 people, 1 bedroom apartment: 2-4 people, 2 bedroom apartment: 4-6 people, Large apartments: 6-7, Superior apartments: 6.
Question: "Can you reserve a pick-up service from the airport/train station?"
Answer: We strongly recommend you use our airport pick up service. It is a) cheaper than the airport service, b) our driver will know you are coming and wait for you AND check you in to your apartment.
Question: "Where can I park my car"
Answer: Some apartments have free parking other apartments you may have to put the car on a parking meter during the day.
Question: "How do I pay?"
Answer: You pay in cash (USD, Euro, PLN) or by credit card (2.5% surcharge, AMEX 3.8%) for the whole stay once you have seen your accommodation. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU IN ADVANCE. In specified cases we also allow bank transfer.
Question: "What does check-in look like?"
Answer: For arrivals at the airport/train station who use our pick up service everything will be done for you. You just need to be located by our driver who will be holding a sign with your name on it. All other arrivals, not using this service, we kindly request you to call us approximately 1 hour before arrival to make arrangements.
Question:"How do I secure my booking?"
Answer: Like most of accommodation businesses nowadays, we need our bookings to be secured beforehand and for a mutually binding reservation require a guarantee. As a rule, we can make preliminary bookings for you immediately upon request, depending on your choice and current availability. However, before sending a confirmation letter, we will ask you for your credit card number and expiry date. Convenient and safe: We have a 100% secure encrypted connection for you to enter your credit card details. If you have not received a confirmation mail within a few business hours, please contact us. These details can also be safely sent to us by fax or simply phoned to our booking department in our working hours. Another option is sending a cheque (30% of the total price) to our account. Details as necessary.
Question:"How can I make my reservation with minimum delay?"
Answer: Send a request for your preferred apartment and write into the comments field that if available you are reserving the apartment provisionally. If we reply that the apartment IS available, secure your booking instantly. We then send a formal confirmation letter. However, telephone booking is even quicker. UNCONFIRMED RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Question: "Is breakfast included?"
Answer: No, but there is no need as all apartments have a kitchen, and there are several restaurants downstairs.
Question: "Do I get fresh towels and soap?"
Answer: Yes, and much more.You will find also basic refreshment drinks and local magazines.
Question: "Do all apartments have double beds?"
Answer: No, in some of our apartments we offer also single beds.
Question: " What time is check-in and check-out"
Answer: 14:00 check-in and 11:00 check out. Upon availability and previous notice we can allow an earlier check-in time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the situation that a previously confirmed booking is cancelled without 7 days prior notice, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, as often we are able to fill the places, the only case we are strict with is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card.

Answer: In the early summer of 2002 it had been 2 years since the company was founded in Prague. We are one of a few companies in the region maintaining serviced apartments. At present, we offer a widening range of services and are experienced to make your stay safe and pleasurable.

Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge Cancellation 5-0 days before the arrival: 14 nights charge

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge
- Bookings for more than 7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30% of your whole stay No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50% of your whole stay
- Bookings for 4-7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: full amount charge
- Bookings for 1-3 nights
If absolutely necessary, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
